Data Privacy Policy
General
GH Group respects your right to privacy. Please read this data privacy policy carefully. This policy is in accordance with Spanish Laws, L.O. 15/1999 of Privacy Protection (BOE n° 298 de 14.12.1999). If you have questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
The GH Group companies (collectively “GH”) uses the web careers form as one of the central applications for recruiting people. Potential candidates can register in the GH Talent pool.
Scope
By registering your candidate profile in GH Talent pool, you provide GH with your personal data and state that you are interested in employment at GH. Your data may therefore be used for filling open positions at GH, which can include either a single, specific opening or additional potential openings beyond the scope of your original application.
Your information will be shared within GH’s Human Resource community and its other business functions (e.g. line management) to determine how well your application fits the position you have applied for, or possible future postings. Additionally, your application data will be viewed together with additional information you provide GH during the recruitment process (e.g. interviews, assessments, references). Your contact information might also be used to improve your job application experience and GH’s HR recruitment process. For example, you might be asked to participate in surveys related to recruitment. Your participation in such surveys is completely voluntary. Your data might also be used for legal, regulatory and statistical purposes.
To apply for a position GH will ask you to enter your personal and contact data, work experience, education, competencies, qualifications and your job preferences. You can also attach documents to supplement your data, such as a CV. There can also be job-related questionnaires integrated into the application process.
GH is a global operating companies group. Your data might therefore be used globally in connection with the recruitment process by GH. You understand that your data might be processed in countries with data privacy legislation that might not be as strict as in Spain. By submitting your information, you consent to such transfers. GH will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data and prevent unauthorized access.
Access to Data
All your information may only be accessed and processed by GH employees involved in the recruitment process anywhere in the world. The information will not be sent to third parties.
Data Retention
Your information will be kept in the system for a period of 12 months after your most recent profile update. Your information may only be kept for a longer period if local legislation requires. At any given moment you can have your information deleted from our database just by sending an email to careers@ghinduction.com saying the following: “I would like you to remove my information from you Candidates Database”.
